Shipping Policy

Currently we are only shipping to the US and Canada. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, as well as 7-10 business days for processing before shipping during sales and holidays. The email address you get at checkout will be used to submit tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking details within 3-5 business days of the above processing period. 

 

CANADA SHIPPING

Canadian orders will be shipped using Canada Post. Occasionally, we may use UPS at our descretion. Delivery problems are uncommon, but if they do arise, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We are unable to provide assistance once the shipment has left our facilities. ReyRox Apparel is not responsible for post office delays or deliveries lost due to address errors.

 

US SHIPPING

United States orders will be shipped using UPS. Occasionally, we may use USPS or FedEX. Delivery problems are uncommon, but if they do arise, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. DUTIES AND TAXES

 

All duties or taxes that arise from international orders including the United States are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery.
