Return and Exchange

Every product we offer is guaranteed to be of highest quality. As a result, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase from ReyRox Apparel, you have 7 days once delivered to return it for a refund or store credit. On returns, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.  

We do not accept direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please contact us first and return your original item at your own expense and then re-purchase. 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS  

  

Unwashed and unworn items with original tags are needed.  
 
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Items with animal or human hair on them will not be allowed. Items that have a strong odour of being washed will not be approved. Smoke, cologne, deodorant marks, or other stains will also not be allowed.  
 
Your money will be refunded once these conditions are met.  

Any products marked as "Final Sale" are final, and no exchanges or returns will be approved on these items. 

 

INITIATING RETURNS 

 
Please send a email to contact@reyrox.com. Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the price of the original order, minus delivery within 7 business days; as long as it meets our return condition guide.  
 
*Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise if you use a forwarding shipping service to collect your order.
